Best of the Week #16

It’s Friday!  HOORAY!

Two favors to ask of you all: Would you "like" me on Facebook (click the button above)? And follow me on twitter? @eatrunread KTHANKS love you lots!

I finally got over my bootcamp class plus track workout soreness yesterday and went for a gloriously spring-y lunchtime run with a co-worker. And I made a ricotta tart for a party I’m going to tonight…yummm! (More on that later, I promise!)

My most popular post this week was the Red Velvet Brownies with Cream Cheese Frosting.
The Washington Post hosts a Peeps Diorama Contest every spring. The winner was the “Chilean CoPeepapo Mine Rescue.” These are so cool – go here to watch the slideshow of all the finalists.
I’m going to visit Sister2 in Bangalore, India this summer while she is studying abroad! These Love Travel Guides look really great, so I'll definitely be referencing this site.
This video made me smile. People do the coolest things!
There’s a family of ducks that are living in the “pond” outside my office – people are crazy for these little birds! Take some of the best photographers in the world, show them cute fuzzy ducklings...and you see what happens. They put in a special ramp so they could get in and out of the water – so freaking cute!
